Big Game Lottery Update

At this time, Standing Rock Game & Fish is unable to provide information regarding the opening of the Big Game lottery for the upcoming season. This delay is due to the absence of a quorum within the Game & Fish Commission, which is responsible for establishing season dates, tag allocations, and pricing. Until a quorum is reached and official decisions are made, no timeline can be confirmed. We understand the importance of this information for hunters and appreciate your patience. Unfortunately, we are also unable to provide an estimated date for when the lottery will open at this time. Further updates will be shared as soon as they become available.
Tribal Youth Deer Tags

On 03/24/2023, the Standing Rock Game and Fish Commission approved a motion that allows Standing Rock Tribal Youth Members to receive a Deer Tag at no cost. They will be issued to SRST Tribal member youth between the ages of 14 and 17 eligible. A certificate of completing a Hunters Safety class is required.
