Standing Rock Tribal Guides
Individuals wishing to provide guiding services on the Standing Rock Reservation must meet the following requirements:
- Be an enrolled member of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
- Provide a valid Certificate of Insurance.
- Hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Possess a valid Standing Rock Business License.
Once all required documentation has been obtained and verified, the applicant may purchase a Tribal Guide License through the Standing Rock Game & Fish Department Office.

Guide Regulations and Responsibilities
Anyone who employs or utilizes the services of a Tribal Guide is responsible for reviewing and understanding Title IX, Chapter 17, Section 9, which outlines the applicable requirements, responsibilities, and regulations governing Tribal Guides.
All individuals employing a Tribal Guide are expected to comply fully with applicable Tribal laws and regulations.
